As cinema lovers are eagerly anticipating the beginning of the 18th International film festival of Kerala [ IFKK 2013 ]which begins on the 6th of December 2013 ,it has been announced by the concerned authorities that the delegate pass distribution will begin on November 25th . Film buffs could make use of the opportunity and collect their passes from selected SBT branches at the earliest.Passes will be available at Tagore theater , Vazhuthacaud from December 1, 2013 onwards.
