As the 16^th International Film Festival of Kerala (IFFK) 2011 gets ready to set the stage on fire with a unique collection of some of the best movies handpicked from across the world, metromatinee.com has fashioned an exclusive blog that will carry extensive live reports on the IFFK 2011.

It was indeed an exciting day for metromatinee.com when Rajesh Pillai, director of Super hit Movie TRAFFIC , inaugurated the metromatinee.com IFFK 2011 Blog this morning.

This cultural extravaganza IFFK 2011 will commence on Dec 9^th and showcase about 200 Plus  movies from different countries. Of this, 10 movies fall under the category of Malayalam Cinema Today including URUMI from Santhosh Sivan , AKAM by Shalini Usha , Adhayamadhyantham By Sherry and Salim Ahamad’s Adaminte Makan Abu etc. Along with it, “Traffic”, one of most popular blockbusters of 2010 directed by Rajesh Pillai will also be screened. As for Rajesh, his movie Traffic has already been enjoying its share of fame nationally and Internationally  now he is thrilled at it being selected for IFFK 2011 !
