Salim Kumar has bagged the National Award for Best Actor at the 58th National Film Awards which was announced here on Thursday.
He won the Best Actor award for his performance in the film 'Adaminte Makan Abu'. The film 'Adaminte Makan Abu' directed by Salim Ahamed won the National Award for Best Film.
"Veetilekkula Vazhi" is the best feature film. The award for the best cinematographer goes to Madhu Ambat for 'Adaminte Makan Abu'.

Aadukalam and Endhiran glaces in 58th National Awards !

The 58th National awards have just been announced and many artists from the Tamil industry have been declared winners. Aadukalam had a very good showing, picking up six awards. Vetrimaaran was given awards for best direction and best screenplay and Dhanush was adjudged the best actor for his inspired performance. The film also picked up an award for best choreography by Dinesh.
