Megastar Mammootty and Nadia Moidu play twins namely Giri and Gouri ,in debutant director Sohan Seenulal's "Doubles". 
Doubles is produced by K K Narayanadas under the banner Reels on Wheels. The cinematographer is P Sukumar and the music director is James Vasanthan. Sachi and Sethu, the scenarists of films like Chocolate, Robin Hood and Makeup Man, have written the script. Tapsee, who was recently seen in Tamil film Aadukalam, is also a part of the film's cast. 
The outline of the movie depicts the things take a different turn in the lives of the twins, who run a rescue unit for accident victims, when a third person comes in between them. 
As a debut director Sohan Seenulal tries his maximum to make Doubles, a good family entertainer. 
Mammootty-Nadia combo is the main highlight which is pretty much a winning proposition all the way around. 
Through the movie the team tries to make an awake among public by giving a message about accident rescue and its precautions. 
Mammootty has made his character look convincing with his style and genius. Nadia Moidu's comeback is the main attraction of the film and audience just amazing about her looks, that still she look damn youth at this age too. Suraj Venjarammoodu repeats his usual style and there are only limited roles to play for the rest of the cast which includes Saiju Kuruppu, Anoop Chandran, BijuKuttan and SalimKumar among others. 
The film also has a set of Kollywood stars in it doing key roles. They are Anandraj, Suresh, Y G Mahendran, Avinash. Mahendran will be seen in the role of foster father to Mammootty and this is more like a comeback for him. Suresh will be seen in a key role as well. Anandraj plays the role of a liquor baron and that too with negative shades. Another heroine of Doubles is Tapasee Pannu already becomes a sensation through Dhanush's superhit tamil movie Aadukalam and she looks pretty and apt for the role of Saira Bhanu in Doubles. Also Kiran Rathod, Gemini girl also doing an item song in the flick !
Among the technical aspects, Subramanyapuram Music director James Vasanth's music touch in Doubles dint make much impact, even though the songs are apt for the movie. Cinematography by P. Sukumar is just fine. Thrills by Anal Arasu,Mafia Sasi, Palaniraj is aptly intersting. 
In all fairness, Doubles is watchable as a passie entertainer, if you are not looking forward to some biggie experiments. 
Verdict: A Family Entertainer.
